Ken, I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for your going above and far beyond the call of duty in both our Murrieta and Acton real estate transactions. Because of the unique circumstances surrounding both the purchase of our horse ranch on the Santa Rosa Plateau and the sale of our 65 acres in the high desert, I didn’t think we would be able to successfully close the escrows. However, thanks to your expertise in the field of equestrian properties and your ability to think outside the box, you made it happen! Happy buyers and sellers abound. Thank you so much for all your help. And we look forward to working with you again on all our future California Real Estate transactions.

We were very happy when California Equestrian Properties accepted us as clients. They came out to our stable to meet us. We did most of our business at our stable. Ken also sent some items through DocuSign (which is a totally easy way to do signings). We truly had a great time with Ken and Carol - they are nice, professional, trustworthy, hard working, and dependable. We still have a relationship with Ken and Carol even though we live in Grass Valley. We call Ken sometimes with real estate questions and he always takes the time to talk with us. Ken learned everything about our large equestrian property, and would come anytime to show it. Carol is a true partner to Ken and worked very hard marketing our property and showing our property if Ken was unavailable. They sold our stable...

Ken and Carol represented us on two transactions, and we couldn't have been more satisfied. We were looking for a larger equestrian property, and Ken and Carol introduced us to the La Cresta community. We did not know about the community, and they took the time to give us the "big picture". They showed us several properties, including the property we ultimately purchased. Ken worked tirelessly with the seller to resolve a number of challenges on the road the closing, and we now have a beautiful equestrian estate! Ken and Carol also represented us in the sale of our smaller horse property in Escondido. Ken was diligent in his market research and listed our house at a price that matched us with a great buyer. The transaction went very smooth and we were quite pleased.

I have known and have been friends with Ken & Carol Shuttleworth for over 20 years. I have had the good fortune to have Ken & Carol represent me on various occasions in the acquisition of Equestrian Centers Intl./San Marcos in the past years. It was with great pleasure and harmony that we were able to acquire the property on N. Twin Oaks Valley Road years ago for my sister Denise Cintas to manage.Years went on and I sold the property to Denise Cintas. Once again Ken & carol stepped up to the plate to make this transition a benefit to all parties. The last transaction on our Twin Oaks property was to sell the farm to another equestrian family, and continue our efforts at our main facility in Rancho Mirage. Each of our transactions was done with honesty and integrity through California Equestrian Properties. We have always felt that Ken & Carol showed their personal concerns that all parties were pleased with the end result. Sincerely,
